Creighton Hall estate land, St. Thomas
Land at the church’s historic home in eastern St. Thomas, near the coast. The church wants to talk with partners about returning land not in active use to productive farming and community-minded use.
About this land
Creighton Hall has been the church’s home since the 1970s. In those years the estate was farmed for coconuts, bananas, yams, sugar cane, ginger, and timber, with its own reservoirs and sawmill. Much of that activity has since stopped.
The grounds are reached by Coptic Road, off the main road near White Horses. They include the church’s old octagonal church and several other buildings. Most need repair, and parts of the land have recently been cleared. Restoring buildings could form part of a partnership.
The church commissioned a survey of the registered title in 2025. Areas, boundaries, access, and the current use of each part of the estate will be published once the survey has been reviewed. Nothing here is an offer, a valuation, or a statement about planning approvals.
Availability
Exploratory. The church is open to early conversations while it confirms which parts of the estate are suitable and available.
